New offices for a designer and manufacturer of women's clothing, located in New York's garment district. The space is designed to include showroom and studio areas as well as administrative and sales functions.

Fully enclosed spaces were limited to partners' offices and the conference room, which doubles as the showroom. The rest of the space is open office workstations. Many elements of this project were custom designed, including the workstations, conference room table, doors and sidelights, reception desk and pendant lights and wall sconces.

To satisfy the client's request for an industrial look, office and conference room doors and sidelights were fabricated from steel sheet and stock sections with a special applied finish and frosted glass panels. Steel sheets in the same finish were used as the lobby and corridor flooring.
