An existing women's shoe store, located on Manhattan's upper east side, relocated to new space. Although the merchandise is very exclusive, the store was designed to promote a relaxed shopping experience. Existing banquette seating from the original store was incorporated into the new design. Lighting, designed to highlight the shoes, modulation of the space and varying types of display, create an intimate effect, as though selecting from one's own collection.
