A new out-patient medical program serving HIV positive clients is located in an existing 2-story 15,000 square foot warehouse. The renovation required extensive structural repairs as well as all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

The program helps clients to deal with the everyday problems of living with AIDS as well as providing the necessary related City services. The out-patient spaces are mostly located on the second floor to take advantage of the eight large existing skylights. The centrally located main activities/dining space is ringed with support areas to encourage both visual and physical interaction between clients and staff. Support services include a full medical suite, physical therapy, group and counseling rooms, child care and social services.
