This apartment in a pre-war building has a lovely, treetop view of Washington Square Park. The existing long, narrow hallway was rearranged to create a spacious cove-lit entry gallery that allows light from the airy living room to shine all the way through to the front door. Custom cabinetry was designed for the formal dining room as well as the living room and library. The eat-in kitchen was expanded, making room for a desk and laundry room.
